"How To Dress For Battle"

Today more than ever the church is being attacked by spiritual warfare of proportions and they are just beginning to recognize the source of the attacks. We do not wrestle against flesh and blood but it is happening in the church of today. We are seeing and experiencing warfare of full blown proportions.

Many of us are claiming and dressing in our "spiritual armour" to ward off the fiery darts of satan in his onslaught towards the church family, join us.

Romans 13:14 "But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts."

In order for the child of God to be enabled to fight off satanic attacks, they must totally surrender themselves. (I, mine, ours, his, them) Pray a prayer of surrender and then before you rise out of your bed, dress with Godly Armour created by the master designer.

Ephesians 6:11-18

"Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

Have your heart cleansed bythe Truth

And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith,

"Put on those boots ready to share Jesus Christ"

wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

The Sheild of Faith, rebukes satans fiery darts.

And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God;

This piece protects your mind from any unclean thoughts where sin could begin if the helmet is not worn. Also, it reflects the beauty of God in your life.

This is our offensive weapon, the Word of God. Study the Word, Meditate on the Word, memorize the Word.

Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;"

If we as God's Army claim these promises and are obedient to do as God has instructed us, guess what? We will stand undivided. One in the bond of love, one in Christ Jesus, and one in purpose.

Praise be to God for His mercy endures forever....

And God tells us: "Put on the whole armour of God."
