Psalm 9
June 2, 2005

I just want to thank God for the justice he will bring on our world in the future. God promises to bring our enemies of the cross down. He promises that all the enemies who have tormented innocent persons, killed the saints, and those who rejected his SON. “When my enemies are turned back, they shall fall and perish at thy presence.” Psalm 98:3

Ever felt defeated by a trial in your life? God promises it will not go without his justice being performed on the enemy who wishes to steal your joy if it were possible. I realize that no matter what trial may come my way that eternal and internal joy is always present when I stand before God crying out to Him. “The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.” Psalm 9:9

Praise the Lord for his mercy does endure forever. He takes our sorrows and tears and stores them in a bottle to let us know he hears our cries. Our God does not forget us as his children. I just love knowing he will never forsake me or my precious family that he has saved. It brings great joy and praises from my heart and lips. “Sing praises to the Lord, which dwelleth in Zion: declare among the people his doings.” Psalm 9:11

Today in our civil society we see corruption in the legal fields. They have become so consumed with power that they have turned justice into a lie. But our God is faithful to bring final justice on this world in which we live. “And he shall judge the world in righteousness; he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.” Psalm 9:8

I praise God today for the fact he will not let one sin go unturned or revealed. My path in which he has called me to walk is I must live a life of being true and have integrity. God promises to you and I to not forget the suffering that has been brought on the world. His justice is eternal and soon to come.

I pray you will look within your heart and consider being just in all your dealings as his child.

Lord Jesus help me to do and treat others just no matter what situation I am in. Help me to be a refection of you as I too live in an unjust world. For those who are suffering because of unjust dealings I ask thee Lord to set them free and unbind them so they can come to your open arms. I thank you Jesus that you see all things through your holiness. In Jesus Name AMEN

Mammy
